We operate differently. We are not chasing the highest referral rate from any single hospital — our focus is finding the best match for your clinical needs, personal values, budget, and timeline.
We are not a booking platform. We are consultants who apply deep knowledge of India's medical and wellness ecosystem entirely on your behalf — across surgery, Ayurveda, yoga, spiritual healing, and mental wellness.
We don't chase the highest referral rate — every recommendation is made purely on merit, after due diligence, with the final choice always yours.
Hospital quotes, our fee, accommodation costs, and visa expenses are all presented transparently before any commitment.

From first contact to post-return follow-up (30–90 days, by plan) — here is exactly what we do for you.
Free Initial Consultation
We begin with a detailed conversation — by video call, WhatsApp, or email — to understand your medical history, diagnosis, treatment goals, timeline, budget, and personal preferences. For medical cases, we ask you to share existing reports and imaging for initial review.
A written summary: whether India is appropriate for your needs, which cities and specialists or retreat centres are most relevant, and an indicative cost range.
Personalised Treatment Plan
For medical cases, we approach 2–3 verified specialists on your behalf, providing a structured clinical summary. They review your case and provide written treatment plans with confirmed costings. For wellness enquiries, we shortlist and contact centres to check availability and fit.
We present all options, explain the differences, and give our honest recommendation. The decision is entirely yours, made with complete information. We never pressure or rush.
Visa, Travel & Logistics
Once you confirm, we begin full logistics coordination — medical visa documentation, flight recommendations, airport transfer arrangements, and premium accommodation booking in your chosen city.
5–10 working days after document submission. Valid for up to 1 year, multiple entries, for the full duration of treatment.
In-Country Coordination
Your coordinator is present throughout your time in India — on the ground for key moments, always reachable by phone or message. We handle every interaction with the hospital or retreat, translating not just language but the nuances of Indian healthcare administration.
Recovery & Recuperation
Discharge is not the end of your care. We coordinate your transition to premium recovery accommodation and arrange ongoing therapeutic support before you travel home — including optional Ayurvedic recovery programmes in Kerala.
Post-Return Follow-Up
Our service does not end when you board your flight home. We coordinate a structured follow-up with your Indian specialist — 30, 60, or 90 days depending on your selected plan — ensuring your home doctor has everything needed and your recovery stays on track.
We remain your point of contact for the follow-up period set out in your plan (30, 60, or 90 days). Any question about recovery, medications, or follow-up care comes directly to us — and we connect you with the right specialist promptly.
Our facilitation fees
Our fees cover the full facilitation service from consultation through post-return follow-up. Medical treatment, accommodation, and visa costs are separate and disclosed upfront.

Fully refundable if India is assessed unsuitable for your case. Medical, accommodation, visa and travel costs are separate and quoted transparently. Visa documentation is provided as guidance and consultancy — we do not submit applications on your behalf; agency support can be arranged at that agency's direct cost if preferred.
